Kellie Martin is she is an American actress and film director best known for her role as Christy Huddleston on the period drama 'Christy", Rebecca Thatcher on the show about family Life Goes On> and Lucy Knight for the medical drama ER. In addition, she is known as the star of her own Hailey Dean Mystery television series. Martin started her acting career at the age of was seven. Her aunt, who served as the nanny for Michael Landon's children assisted her in landing an unimportant role in the TV show Father Murphy.
